Rod, very rare
The Augur has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges, and unleash a tentacle from a place beyond. The tentacle hits in a 30ft cone in front of the user, causing all units hit to make a DC19 Dexterity save or be knocked prone. Affected units also take 6d6 force damage.
