While holding this small, rune covered knife on your person, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your Wizard spells.

In addition, whenever you use your Second Wind feature, you may regain a number of spell slots equal to your Intelligence modifier. The level of the spell slots regained can be no higher than half of your Intelligence modifier, rounded down.
