As an action, you can attach or remove the orb to any armor, weapon, or spellcasting focus that has been modified to be able to hold it.
You gain one of the following effects determined by which item the orb is applied to:
Armor: You have a +3 bonus to your AC.
Weapon: You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with the weapon. This weapon counts as magical if it wasn't already.
Spellcasting Focus: Your spellcasting focus can now be used in place of any material component when casting a spell. If the material component is normally consumed in the process, your spellcasting focus and the orb attached are not consumed in the process.
