Argynvost's Scale Mail (Silver Dragon)
Dragon scale mail is made of the scales of one kind of dragon. Sometimes dragons collect their cast-off scales and gift them to humanoids. Other times, hunters carefully skin and preserve the hide of a dead dragon. In either case, dragon scale mail is highly valued.
The armor appears as a silver bracelet, by saying the command word (protection in draconic) the armor forms around the wearer instantly. While wearing this armor, you gain a +2 bonus to AC, you have immunity to fear auras such as Frightful Presence. The armor also makes you immune to the affects of extreme cold conditions. The armor does not impose disadvantage on dex stealth checks like other scale mail armors. Bonus gained to ac is not capped. The armor grants resistance to cold and necrotic damage.
Additionally, you can focus your senses as an action to magically discern the distance and direction to the closest silver dragon within 30 miles of you. This special action can't be used again until the next dawn.
The Armor is cursed. Once donned the wearer obtains the flaws: "I am obsessed with gaining wealth for my group/family" and "I think I am better than everyone else." The curse can be broken by killing Argynvost.
Draconic Visage (Silver Dragon)
This mask bears the visage of a fearsome white-scaled dragon. When you finish a long rest, you can change the color of the mask’s scales to another color on the Draconic Visage Color table.
When you wear the mask, your body becomes covered in dragon scales, granting you a +1 bonus to AC and resistance to the damage type associated with the mask’s color. You can speak and understand Draconic, and you have advantage on Charisma checks made to influence dragons.
Additionally, when you wear the mask and deal damage to a creature, you can deal an extra 3d10 damage of the type associated with the mask’s color. The mask can deal extra damage in this way three times and regains all expended uses daily at dawn.

When equipped with dragon scale mail armor, the bonus to AC from the mask becomes +2, the bonus Damage becomes 4d10, and the damage resistance becomes immunity. The mask color must match the color of the dragon scale mail and can't be changed if both are equipped.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
