Weapon (greataxe), artifact (requires attunement by a By a Dwarf.)

This dwarven artifact of pure epic was forged by Gingerbeard The Vast Himself then enchanted by Moradin. For starters you have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. The Axe also does 1d6 fire damage, 1d6 frost damage and 1d6 Lightning damage upon a hit. It also possesses 2 slots for magic rings to be fixed. When the Axe is wielded with a ring equipped the usual effect of the ring occurs however its effectiveness is doubled. This goes for all rings equipped in the Axe. The ring slots make up a sort of knuckle duster that counts as an improvised weapon but does an additional 1d4 of either Fire, Frost or lightning damage. Dealers choice. It also allows fireball to be cast at 5th level 3 times per day and chain lightning to be cast once per day.

Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
