The impeccably tailored design of this armor outfit leaves just enough to the imagination that it becomes very distracting to opponents in battle. When the character is wearing no other clothing* they may add their Charisma modifier to their base AC. Being designed for "active wear" there is no penalty to dexterity bonuses.
