When the arrow hits someone, vines will sprout from the arrow it entangles them and must make a DC13 saving throw.
If the arrow was shot on the ground it will be activated like a normal entangle spell, the radius is 20-foot square starting from a point within range. For the duration, these plants turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain. Also only one person will be entangled by the vines but the terrain will still be difficult.
After the entangle is done the arrow will wither away.
