An amulet which harbors diamond-like gem on a thin bronze chain.
While attuned to this amulet, you ignore all cantrips from characters up to 4th level and all spells below 3rd level, including beneficial to you. This also applies to upcasted spells, if originating spell was below 3rd level.
Ignoring spells covers everything written on a spell card, including AoE effects - only you ignore, not your surrouding though; grass around you still can catch on fire, etc.
This amulet cannot be destroyed by magical means.
Note: this item was created for a miniboss in a homebrew, low-magic world, where this item technically is not a "magical" item. You may change the rarity or it's properties as you wish for your game, after consulting with the DM.
