you can expend 1 charge while wearing this mask to exhale fire in a 90-foot-cone. Each creature in this area must make a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw, taking 26D6 fire damage on a failed save, or have as much damage on a successful one.

“I do not know how somebody was able to trap the flames of the red rage within this mask. Such devastating power trapped in such a simple item. It must have taken a strong will to obtain such power. I dont even know why I own this.“
