Anesthia Chain

This Black chain, made of interlocking rings holds a black iron tooth on one end, while the other holds a larger ring that the tooth can pass through. When the tooth passes through the ring and the chain is worn as a necklace, it casts the Sleep spell on the wearer, causing any creature with less than 48 hit points to fall unconscious until the necklace is removed.
