This ancient torture device is made up of darkened steel, woven intricately into net-like patterns. Two blood red eyes sit at the front, looking as if they're being forced open.
Placing the mask upon someone's face will cause them to be unable to fall asleep. You are unable to sleep, even being immune to the Unconscious condition. This even prevents spells like Sleep from working on you.
Cursed. Upon wearing the mask, it'll snap shut from the rear and be unable to be removed. Only a DC22 Strength roll can break it off physically. The spell Dispel Magic can allow it to be removed, but placing it on again will have the same effects as before.
