You have truesight up to 60 feet but also have sunlight sensitivity. You cannot remove this helmet without magical means. If you are attempting to succeed an ability check including Dexterity or Perception in direct sunlight or moonlight over 2 rounds you must make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1d4 rounds.
If one wears this helmet for over a month they become blind permanently.
The wearer of this helmet may expend a See Invisibility spell twice per day resetting at long rest.
