A magical necklace has a ruby with a golden rune slowly spinning inside of it. A sorcerer can use this item to change all of their spells. After choosing all of your spells roll a D20 if you roll an 8 or lower the item takes 2D6 damage. When it reaches 0 hit points the item is destroyed.
