Amulet of Siren Song

A jeweled amulet that holds the trapped soul if a deceased Siren. Wearing grants the wearer the ability to use the Siren's hypnotic voice. Make a Preformance check to charm the target. That target then must then make a wisdom saving throw. If it surpasses the Preformance check, the target is unaffected. Amulet grants an additional 1d4 to the Preformance check. The charmed target will do as the wearer instructs, so long as the comand is given in form of a song (Would personally give an extra +5 to the Preformance Check if they actually sing it).
