The tip of this arrow is a peculiar gem where if looked at closely, will see small spectral galaxies floating around inside. When fired at a target, the arrow tip will explode into a black hole. The black hole hovers about 3 feet above the surface of the area the arrow struck. If the arrow successfully hit a target, that target automatically fails the DC 18 Dexterity Saving Throw. If the arrow missed the target, the target must still make the saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 4d10 force damage and knocked prone. On a success, they take half damage but are not knocked prone.
The Black Hole's force reaches a 60-foot radius. Any targets within 60 feet of this radius move as if they are on difficult terrain and all ranged attacks that enter this radius are at disadvantage. Any targets within 30 feet of this radius are under the effects of the Slow spell. All ranged attacks that enter this zone are automatic misses as the attacks get sucked into the Black Hole. Whenever a creature starts its turn within 30 feet of the Black Hole, and is no larger than Large Size, it must make a DC 18 Strength Saving Throw. On a failure, they are sucked into the Black Hole and trapped inside of a pocket dimension until the black hole disappears.
Every turn a creature spends inside of the black hole takes 4d10 Force Damage. The black hole, once created, is activated for 1 minute.
