This thin, leathery cloak is made from the skin of an Abyssal Demon.  There is an otherworldly heat that flows from within the cloak, filling your body with warmth that keeps you comfortable from extreme temperatures.  While wearing the cloak, you have resistance to fire damage.  Additionally, when you move within 5 feet of a creature, you can cause the cloaks wind to buffet a creature.  The creature must make a DC 14 dexterity saving throw or take 1D6 fire damage and suffer the prone condition.  

As an action, you can invoke the cloak to cast the spell The Nothing Of Azzgarat (DC 14) without expending a spell slot.  When you cast the spell in this way, the area is not difficult terrain for you, and you can see through it normally, ignoring all penalties for heavily obscured areas.  This ability recharges after a long rest.
