Amulet of Sunburst

This amulet was once owned by Jarvis DeFord, said to be a gift from the high cleric of Lythander from years ago. This ornate amulet is adorned with gold and platinum fillagree that resembles the rising sun. Within the eastern and western halves lies two glowing yellow beads, each with swirling runes of pure sunlight inscribed within. This item allows the user to cast the 8th level spell Sunburst as an action for a maximum of 2 times total until the item recharges. The item must recharge by being laid out in direct sunlight for 8 hours. The wielder is also resistant to necrotic damage while the item still has charges.
