This unadorned faded brass amulet hangs on a thin black piece of rope and appears to be partially covered in a sticky white powder.

When attuned, the wearer gains +3 to initiative and is immune to the sleep spell.

Additionally, the wearer of this amulet can use a bonus action to take an extra melee weapon attack. However, doing so will cause the wearer to gain one level of exhaustion and make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. Upon a failed save, the wearer's nose will bleed and they will be forced to tell their allies about an amazing investment opportunity of their choosing.*
