Aegis of the Owl

This shield is adorned with a detailed engraving of an owl, Athena's sacred animal. When attuned, the shield grants the wearer a +2 bonus to AC. Additionally, once per long rest, the bearer can cast *Shield* as a reaction without expending a spell slot. The bearer also gains darkvision of 60 feet and advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
