Weapon (longsword), legendary (requires attunement)

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

The sword has 1d8 + 1 charges. If you score a critical hit against a creature that has fewer than 100 hit points, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be slain instantly as the sword tears its life force from its body (undead is immune). On a failed save the creature must also roll a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or you may roll a 1d12 + 2 and heal that The sword loses 1 charge if the creature is slain. When the sword has no charges remaining, roll a 1d6 if the roll is not more than 4 it loses this property until dawn then roll to replenish 1d4 charges. You can also expend two charge to summon a copy of any creature and control that copy.

 

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
