This bronze shining amulet has a perfectly clear gem imbed in the center, visible from both sides. You can activate the amulet, and have it be spoken into for 15 seconds. The gem shifts to the associated language that the speaker was using. from now on, any one wearing the amulet can speak, understand, read, and write that language. You can not activate the amulet in this way for another week.
The language lasts until the wearer take an action to reset it.
