Attached to a platinum chain is an amulet made from a unicorn's horn embossed with the likeness of a unicorn's profile. The wearer, once attuned, is immune to disease magical or otherwise (I.e. mummy, Contagion, spores, etc.) The wearer can also eat or drink spoiled food and water without harm. The wearer is however not immune to poison and the like.
