Arcane Targeter

This arcane eyewear has the ability to magically track and pinpoint openings and weak spots in enemies' defenses.

As a bonus action, you can expend a spell slot to activate the targeter for a number of hours equal to the spell slot's level. While active, you choose one of the following options when making an attack:

• Easy Shot. The targeter highlights an opening that is naturally less protected as it is a less vital point. When you make an easy shot, you can add your intelligence modifier to the attack at the cost of -2 damage dealt. 
• Normal Shot. You take an attack as normal, going for standard openings you could exploit just as easily without the targeter.
• Called Shot. You try to take advantage of a highlighted weakness of a very vital point, despite the much smaller and briefer targeting window. You take a -2 to your attack roll, but you can add your intelligence modifier to your damage roll.
