Amulet of Obiteration

A purple gem resting in a silver locket, bound to a leather rope which instantly ties it self around the neck of the person who touches it first. The amulet has one charge which restores every 5 days. One can use the charge to cast shatter, lightening bolt, fireball and thunder wave all at the same time. The level of each spell depends on the level of the wearer.
