Wondrous Item, very rare
A golden amulet that looks like face with an idiotic smile with cross eyes.
- CURSE- If worn, PC rolls a 1D4, the PCs intelligence lowers by that number and constantly laughs at everything it hears. Even if removed the curse does not go away until curse is removed. Amulet can be worn by others cursing them as well.
- CURSE REMOVED- Once the curse is removed, the PC is required to wear the amulet so their intelligence returns to normal. Whoever wears this amulet, can cast once per day TASHA’S HIDEOUS LAUGHTER.
