The Assassin's Bagpipes is both an instrument and a weapon. It takes attunement to truly use it to it's full potential. it has the ability to shoot multiple darts of varying affects (paralysis, sleep, enrage, poison). Though anyone can use the Bagpipes, unless attuned the type of dart is blown is completely random. Made by the joint efforts of Bards and Rogues and sheer stupidity, this set of bagpipes was made from strong and flexible spider silk, with wood from 100 year old bamboo, and complex machinery, the amount of darts it can hold is 30 and is loaded into the pipe launchers.
Attack: Roll D20( Hit), Roll D4 (Dart Type {unless attuned}: Poison=1, 2=Sleep, 3=Enrage, 4= paralysis), Roll D4(damage) Roll D8( amount of darts)
When not attuned, user must roll dice for type of dart.
Proficiency with a Blowgun allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
