Physical Description: The Arcane Marksman’s Bifocals are an intricate pair of brass-rimmed glasses, fitted with several small, swiveling lenses that can be flipped down over the main lenses. Each additional lens is etched with delicate runes and infused with faint magical energy, glowing softly when activated. The bifocals have an adjustable nose bridge and sturdy, adjustable earpieces designed to fit comfortably on any face, regardless of size or shape. When worn, the glasses give off a subtle shimmer, especially when the additional lenses are engaged.
Magical Properties:
Trajectory Insight: As a bonus action, the wearer can flip the extra lenses. While flipped down, the magic activates. While activated:
The wearer gains advantage on all ranged attack rolls and damage rolls made with a magical ranged weapon, as the bifocals magically predict the most accurate trajectory for each shot.
The wearer also suffers a -2 penalty to AC due to the narrowed field of vision and the additional weight of the lenses.
The wearer has disadvantage on all Perception rolls and a -5 penalty to passive Perception while the lenses are engaged, as the focused vision makes it harder to notice anything outside the direct line of sight.
