A robe seemingly grown from a moss-like plant, with other botanical features dotted about its surface (such as mushrooms, flowers, and leaves). It's length and overall lushness increase over time, with its length growing 1d4 inches every year. When worn, the robe will leech moisture from any sources of water it comes into contact with and syphon it into its wearer for consumption. This includes bodily excretion and humidity within air. If there is a considerable lack of moisture within its environment, the robes will create new water by absorbing hydrogen and oxygen on contact from any matter that possesses it (aside from the wearer). On average, the robes will provide 1.6 liters of water to the wearer per day while standing, though if the wearer maintains a sitting or lying position for a few minutes on sand, soil, or rock, the robe will sprout weak roots and burrow them into the ground, nearly doubling the effect (3 liters per day). The robe is also fully edible, if the wearer requires food instead of hydration.
Notes: Just making this an item because I have no idea how to make magic clothes that don't count as armor
