Arlo's Fragmentation Bomb

This grooved metallic sphere measures 3 inches in diameter and weighs 14 ounces.

You can use an action to throw the bomb up to 60 feet. The bomb explodes on impact and is destroyed. Each creature within a 15-foot radius of where the bomb landed must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 4d4 force damage and 4d4 fire damage, Half as much on a success. The area of the explosion is also made into difficult terrain.
