Arpeggio

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit a creature with it, that creature takes an extra 3d10 thunder damage damage.

While you hold the drawn sword, it creates an aura in a 10-foot radius around you. You and all creatures friendly to you in the aura have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. If you have 17 or more levels in the bard class, the radius of the aura increases to 30 feet.

You and your allies within 10 radius of you gain a bardic inspiration die after each successful attack. 

After 5 successful attacks the sounds starts to vibrate creating a high tone melody causing all enemy creatures with in 20 feet to receive 6d6 of psychic damage. The effect last 5 rounds.

While playing a concert with Tempo the bard can not move and will lose all movement speed, Any action, bonus action or reaction will interrupt the concert

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
