A none Fiend, Celestial, or Undead or unattuned creature makes a Wisdom Saving Throw (DC 20 - their Wisdom modifier), upon failure, they take 1 point of exhaustion and 5d6 Necrotic Damage.
The talisman has 6 charges. If you are wearing or holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge from the talisman and choose one creature you can see within 100 feet of you. Target creature takes 4d8 necrotic damage and makes a Wisdom saving throw (DC: 15). On a success, they take half damage, on a failure they have disadvantage on their next saving throw, attack roll, or check.
For an action, you may break this item in half, causing a small dimensional disturbance. Each creature within 30 ft must make a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC: 14 + the amount of charges left in this item) on a failure, the creature is pulled towards the broken talisman by 25 ft and takes 5d6 Necrotic Damage.
Imbuing this item with energy from Fiends or Abyssal creatures restores this items charges.
