This amulet has 3 charges. While attuned, you can take an action to spend a charge to choose the form of a Small or Medium humanoid, and you can take an action to polymorph as the ability of a succubus into a previously chosen form.
The amulet does not regain charges while attuned. If not attuned, the amulet looses any chosen forms and regains 1 charge every night at sunset.
A Tree Grows in Avernus: Where a tree grows in Avernus, devils are allowed to make deals with demons. Devils usually build prisons around these hideous and deformed trees to take captives from the blood war. Three tears from an incubus or succubus trapped in amber from the tree seals the deal.
