An amulet of enslaved red minds is a fine silver and platinum necklace that has attached three small shrunken and preserved thayan red wizard heads covered in tattoos. A attuned wearer can 3/week cast and then maintain concentration on two spells at the same time. Each time the wearer uses this power, the eyes of one tattooed head on the necklace close for a week and wont enable its wearer to do this again for seven long rests.
Requires attunement; unbeknownst to the wearer, the whispers and faint rantings of the three shrunken heads can slowly drive most wearers insane and require a regular DC check that increases over time - the first time all three heads are dormant at the same time triggers the wearer to make a DC8 wisdom saving throw; failure means the wearer gains a level of exhaustion from listening to the mad rantings of the spirits in the heads, and will have disadvantage on any concentration check they make for the next 24 hours. The saving throw DC permanently increases by 1 each time the wearer uses its power from this point onwards. The three shrunken heads are long vanquished enemies of Valindra.
