Amulet of Necromancy

This amulet looks like a locket with a small green jewel on the front. It was owned by the sorceress Brry’mk’a when she was still learning to use her powers. 

This Amulet has 8 charges. Each spell requires one charge. Antilife Shell, Spare the Dying, True Resurrection, Finger of Death. Each action requires one charge. 

• When an enemy moves, you can spend one charge to make an opportunity attack against that enemy with advantage. This attack deals 2d10 extra necrotic damage
• When an enemy damages you or an ally within range, you can spend one action to cast the Vampiric Touch spell and heal the one attacked.

Due to the mass of power in this amulet, it can erase things from existence. Once per long rest, you can cast the Disintegrate spell at no cost.
