Wearer can spend one charge as an action to cast the spell Web at 2nd level from the amulet and gains the ability to traverse on webs ignoring difficult terrain. amulet regains 1d4-1 charges at dawn.
Cursed: The amulet is cursed. Once attuned, the wearer is unable to remove the amulet as the spider web like ornate silver chains attach themselves to the wearers body. while wearing the amulet the wearer is subjected to horrific nightmares involving spiders. while amulet is attached, the item cannot be unattuned and can only be removed once Remove curse is cast on it at 5th level.
