Weapon (shortsword), legendary (requires attunement)

Forged from the tear of a celestial lost to time, this +3 shortsword carries within it the weight, power, and essence of a powerful being tied to the god of secrets.

Whenever you make an attack with Althilhran, if you attacked from hiding, your attack deals an additional 5d6 radiant damage.

Althilhran has 8 charges, which can be spent to cast the following spells. All charges are restored at dawn: Invisibility (2 charges), Nondetection (1 charge), Pass without Trace (1 charge), Blur (1 charge), Charm person (1 charge), Dissonant Whispers (at 5th level) (2 charges), and Modify Memory (3 charges). The save DC for each of these spells that use it is 15. Additionally, each creature you have dealt damage to with Althilhran since your last turn has disadvantage on saving throws against spells cast this way, as well as disadvantage on checks made to observe or notice your presence.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
