This amulet is a circular pendant made of pure sapphire, encased in a silver frame, with delicate ice patterns permanently etched into its surface. When worn, it emits a faint, cold aura, and the sapphire glows faintly with blue light in cold environments.

Frost Resistance: The wearer gains resistance to cold damage and is unaffected by extreme cold environments.

Icy Retribution: Once per short rest, when the wearer is hit by a melee attack, they can use their reaction to release a burst of icy energy. The attacker must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking 4d8 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
