This thick leather belt has a tubular shape with ornate steel decorations. When moved, a whisper quiet sloshing sound can be heard from the belt.  If the belt is ever to break or ripe the liquid inside is revealed to be a potion of Haste. When first worn, the wearer feels a rush of energy coursing through their body. 

The Belt of Swiftness has 6 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d6 expended charges daily at dawn

Swift Movement. Your walking speed increases by 5ft.

Combat Dive. You can expand 2 charges as reaction you can dive out of the way of certain area effects. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.

High Gear. You can expand 2 charges as a bonus action you gain the effects of the Expeditious Retreat spell. (no concentration required)

Hair Trigger. You can expand 1 charge for a Expedited Reaction, which behave like a Reaction, with the following limitations:

• An Expedited Reaction cannot be used to cast spells.

• One Expedited Reaction can be used per turn.
