Amulet of the Wind Queen

This amulet is a flat disk with a ring around the edge and a hole in the center. The ring is undecorated but the space between the ring and the hole is decorated with intricate carvings of clouds blowing in the wind and lines of light making the hole in the center look like the sun. On the back of the amulet is the rune for wind engraved into the metal. When this item's effect activates the outer ring stays still but the part with the clouds on them spins with the speed of the wind. 

While wearing this amulet the holder is supported by strong winds whenever they are in the air. When the wearer is flying, floating, or falling they can move horizontally an additional distance equal to their walking speed.
