Wondrous Item, unknown rarity
The amulet of explosion - fireball - is an assassination item of sorts. It is geared towards a particular person and, when finally worn by the intended person, will ignite a fireball spell dealing 8d8 fire damage, in a 10 feet area directly surrounding the wearer.
This amulet can explode on impact and deal the 8d8 damage if it receives 5 hp damage directly in any way.
