Potion, common

A now unknown alchemist looked at Alchemist's Fire and said, this is terrible I must fix this, after several weeks he refined it, giving it over six times the potency and the ability to burn underwater for a short period of time by absorbing the air contained in the nearby water.

This sticky, adhesive fluid ignites when exposed to air or water. As an action, you can throw this flask up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. Make a ranged Attack against a creature or object, treating the alchemist's fire as an Improvised Weapon. On a hit, the target takes 6d4+4 fire damage at the start of each of its turns. A creature can end this damage by using its action to make a DC 15 Dexterity check to extinguish the flames.

If used underwater it insteads deals 3d4+4 in a 4ft radius around the bottle, this lasts for 5 turns before extinguishing.
