Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)
Description. A mesmerizing amulet with a core of Glacial Sapphire, shimmering with an inner light that pulsates in hues of blue and silver. Encased in an intricate lattice of Ancient Cryosteel, the medallion is both delicate and formidable. Frost patterns naturally form and dissipate along its surface, creating a constant, hypnotic dance of crystalline artistry. A thin chain, also made of Cryosteel, links the amulet to its wearer, radiating a constant, refreshing chill. Tiny, ancient runes are etched along the frame, their meanings long forgotten, hinting at the amulet's storied past.

Usage. Five times per day, the wearer can summon an Ice Elemental that lasts for 1 hour or until dismissed. The Ice Elemental has the following stats: AC 18, HP 120, Speed 30 ft., Strength +7, Dexterity +4, Constitution +6, Intelligence -1, Wisdom +2, Charisma +0. It can attack twice per turn with its Frost Punch, dealing 2d10 cold damage per hit. Additionally, the amulet grants the wearer immunity to cold damage and advantage on saving throws against spells and effects that produce cold.

Lore. Forged by ancient arcanists deep within the ever-frozen domains of the Icewind Dale, the Heart of Frigid Eternities was said to be a beacon of power for those who could tame its icy presence. Passed down through the ages, it was worn by frost kings, queens, and heroes alike, each adding their essence to its already formidable legacy. Legends say it was last seen around the neck of an ice mage who single-handedly halted an advancing horde by summoning forth a host of ice elementals, transforming the battlefield into an impenetrable fortress of frost.
Material Composition. Ancient Cryosteel ensconced in Glacial Sapphire
