Anestha Crystal

A translucent black crystal that glows with black lightning once activated.

When activated, this crystal shoots black lightning at creatures within a 10 foot radius. When struck, a creature must make a wisdom save of 15. On a fail the creature is rendered unconcious. On a success, the crystal no longer affects that creature. The crystal remains activated for 2 minutes.

To activate, you must spend 10 seconds concentrating while touching the crystal. Multiple people can activate this crystal, but the activation time remains the same. The crystal does not affect the activator(s). The crystal can only be activated once per day. The crystal can not be activated during combat.
