No Rest for the Watchful: While wearing the amulet, you no longer require sleep, although you must still rest for 4 hours to gain the benefits of a long rest. You are immune to effects that would cause you to fall asleep or become unconscious due to sleep magic.
Heightened Awareness: You gain a +2 bonus to initiative rolls. Once per day, you can cast True Seeing on yourself as an action without requiring a spell slot.
