Aether Vortex Potion

This delicate spherical bottle the size of a fist contains a small amount of dark purple to black swirling liquid that seems to be holding itself away from all sides at once. 

As an action you can throw the bottle up to 60 feet. 

When the bottle hits, or is broken by other means, all creatures in a 15 foot radius must succeed on a DC15 Strength saving throw or be pulled violently to the point of impact.
