Amulet of Vecna

This amulet is what remains of the Lich God Vecna. It appears that his remains are nothing more than whisks of shadow around his sigil.

CURSED. While this item is worn it cannot be removed without the curse being removed first. The holder gains the following traits and characteristics

• immunity to necrotic damage, to the point where it heals them if taken.
• Proficiency to Arcane checks pertaining to dark magic
• Proficiency in intimidation
• vulnerability to radiant damage.
• The sentient voice of Vecna haunts the character’s mind loss of proficiency in perception and insight for as long as the item is attuned. If the holder does not have proficiency in either trait, they have disadvantage on both traits until the curse is broken.
• Vecna can take shape in physical form on command but does not take initiative or occupy space as Vecna is a gaseous form
