Often passed down through lineages of pacifists, this magical dagger refuses to harm others except for the sake of self defense.
While attuned to this dagger, you have a disadvantage on attack rolls against non-hostile creatures using this weapon, and you cannot be compelled to attack creatures by magic.
(1/Day) Defensive Strike. When a creature hits you with a melee weapon attack, you may, as a reaction, make an opportunity attack against that creature. On a hit, that creature takes piercing damage equal to half the damage they dealt you, rounded up.
Mercy Blow. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by this dagger, they are instead rendered unconscious until they regain at least 1 hit point. They regain 1d4 hit points automatically after 1 hour.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
