Activity Needle

This needle is a small metal rod, 3 inches long, bearing the Logo of Arte Medica on both sides. If you bring your ear close to it, you can hear it softly zoom. 

If a creature dies while having this item on them, or having it implanted in their body, a magical wave is sent to Arte Medica, notifying the Guild's headquarters of the Wearer, Wearer's death, and their approximate location(A mile). 

This effect does not occur if the wearer had died in AntiMagic field.
