Arcanum of the Moon

Written in the old dialect of the Moon druids, this arcanum contains spells, rituals and ingredient lists long thought lost to the mystics, wizards and sorcerers of the world.

Using this book requires a successful Intelligence (Arcana) check with a dc of 17 to decipher the language and make sense of it. The reader is then granted 1 of 2 options...

1 - An increase in 2 of their skills by 2 + 1 feat, or

2 - The ability to learn any 6th level spell from the Wizard spell list. If this option is chosen the reader must spend 24 hours to learn the spell, they can then cast it once per long rest for free.

This book then turns into moon dust once it is used.
