At the moment of creation, six primordial crystals were formed out of nothingness. These crystals were then hurdled across the nascent universe. Each one of them holds total mastery and dominance over an aspect of existence. The Soul Crystal holds dominion over all of life and death.

When attuned, the Soul Crystal confers the following effects to its wielder:

• You have advantage on Constitution ability checks and saving throws.
• You have advantage on death saves.
• You are immune to instant-kill effects such as those from the Power Word Kill spell.
• You are immune to disease.
• You can cast the following spells at will; True Resurrection, Abi-Dalzim's Horrid Wilting, Finger of Death, Create Undead, Harm, Soul Cage, Contagion, Ray of Enfeeblement.
